However, the fat is predominantly polyunsaturated, shellfish may allow some of the fat and cholesterol-restricted diets. Fish is also a good source of B-vitamins B-6, B-12 , biotin and niacin. Vitamin A can be found mainly in fish liver oils, the oil, but Some oily fish are good sources of vitamin A. Fish is a good source of several minerals, especially iron, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. Edible bones of canned fish such as salmon or sardines are also rich in calcium.
Diet pills are a very tempting proposition if you want to lose weight, especially if you have already tried conventional weight loss plans with little or no success. These medicine offer us everything we want to achieve and quickly. The attraction of the tablets and their sensational weight loss claims can be hard to pass up. But are all tabs really as safe and effective as they claim to be?

Many meds prevent the absorption of fat into the body. If the patient habitually consumes foods with excessive fat levels, such are certainly useful. However, they work by short-circuiting the body’s tendency to store fat in its tissues. This is an important metabolic function that can be disrupted safely only for limited periods. Therefore, using these pills is not a long-term weight loss option. One must also not forget that appetite is a necessary reflex that nature has provided to ensure our survival.
